      C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.8.0_40\jre\lib\ext 에 있는

       

      el-api, jsp-api jar 버전이 안맞아서 그런듯

       

       

      톰캣9 lib 안에 있는 파일로 덮어써주면 해결
